HIRANTHI DALPADADO – CENTRE DIRECTOR
Since becoming the manager of Hornsby Heights Preschool (HHPK) in 2009, Hiranthi has transformed the centre into a high-quality provider of Early Education and Care.
Hiranthi is compassionate by nature and finds deep meaning and purpose in providing care for others. Having co-owned and managed a successful Aged Care Home in the UK, Hiranthi has a long history of providing care services to others and has over 25 years of management experience.
The care provided at HHPK is grounded in the belief that each child is unique and requires an environment that stimulates them emotionally, intellectually, physically, socially and spiritually to help them learn how to best manage themselves in the world. Hiranthi believes that through love, compassion, and empathy, each child is taught to develop their emotional and social resilience to help them face the challenges they will inevitably encounter in life.
OUR TEAM OF EDUCATORS
The team of educators at HHPK have a wealth of experience, and are extremely dedicated to providing care in alignment with the vision of HHPK. They work collaboratively with each other and constantly strive to improve the education of each child through innovative ideas. HHPK invests in the wellbeing of its educators and this is clearly reflected in the quality of the service the educators provide to the children under their care.
